a few weeks ago, I attended imaginarium book festival in washington, dc! this was such a cool space filled with readers and authors and artists.
there were two big expo halls filled with tables of indie authors who were selling copies of their books! i picked up both of these after watching the authors on panels called lit talks and really leaning into what they both had to say.
wildblood follows a fighter in boston who gets wrapped up in an underground mission after losing a fight. it also has discussions around mental health and trauma.
a myrmaid’s kiss is a dark romance following a man-killing myrmaid who finds someone with THE most irresistable blood.
both authors signed and personalized their books to me, and A.J. Vrana even sprayed the edges of wildblood!
