I often start my day with this kind of mindful intention, focusing on gratitude and the reassurance that God or the universe is managing the things beyond my control. This practice shifts my mindset away from stress towards calm and healing. Healing isn’t just physical; it’s emotional and spiritual too. Sharing the hashtag #healing reflects the community many seek – a space to uplift and support one another in finding peace. Personally, whenever I feel overwhelmed, repeating affirmations about peace and care helps me center myself. I also find journaling my thoughts alongside this affirmation strengthens my sense of calm.
