How to deal with your own thoughts

There are some days where my thoughts can’t stop running its like me against me but I’ve been trying to do different things to deal with it so here you have some of tips for those bad days:

1.- Take a shower or a bath whatever you feel will be better for you (if you have, turn the lights off and turn some candles on) this is the first step and do not skip this one. When I take a shower let the water running through my body I get relax and clean I feel how everything goes away. I know… get out of your bed or the couch is the hardest part but it’s worth it, trust me!

2.- I do skin care a simple one. Some body cream and body mist, dry your hair if you want or let it naturally dry. The fact of smelling good, being clean, and soft skin help you to pause those bad thoughts and put them away.

3.- For this step you have 2 options the first one is get dress and go somewhere whatever you like to do most or just stay home comfy order some food or cook the recipe you saved and didn’t make (play some music if you want to cook, your food will taste so much better I promise 😊) watch your favorite show or read a book, just spoil your self! You deserve it ❤️‍🩹

Don’t let your thoughts beat you cuz at the end of the day is just you against you.

May be sometimes where nothing seems to work but never stop trying because Mañana será mas bonito 🌸

... Read moreFeeling overwhelmed by your thoughts can be a common experience, but there are various techniques to help manage them. Engaging in self-care rituals, such as taking a hot shower or enjoying a soothing bath, can significantly ease anxiety and promote relaxation. When you pay attention to your personal hygiene and appearance, such as through a simple skincare routine, it enhances your mood and makes you feel better equipped to face challenges. Additionally, participating in enjoyable activities, whether it's going out or staying in with your favorite meal and show, will help distract your mind from negative thoughts. Always remember that you are not alone in this journey; many have struggled with their thoughts and found ways to cope. Don’t underestimate the power of self-love and positive affirmations in overcoming mental barriers. Keep pushing forward, as every small step contributes to significant change. Mañana será más bonito, or tomorrow will be better, so keep striving for a healthier mindset!
