Peach 🍑 everything shower routine ✨

Peach, vanilla everything shower routine and some extra self-care I love my Sundays

*Hair mask*The first thing I started up with was a hair mask I let that marinate in my head for at least 30 minutes before I jump in the shower.

*Dry Brush* I use a dry brush all over my skin before I jump in the shower.

*Dove bar soap* for my first cleanse. I go in with the dove bar soap and then while I’m rinsing myself, I go ahead and use a hair to stimulate my scalp.

*Dove body scrub* pick out your favorite body, scrub and exfoliate your entire skin before you shave.

*Saltair* Shampoo and conditioner love a deep clean in my hair.

*Dove body wash* for your last cleanse after you shave and affiliate. You want to take out off that dirt off and pick out your favorite body wash.

After all that I pick out a body lotion and a body oil I prefer to try to match everything together to have that perfect routine and the last step is I blow dry my hair because I don’t want to sleep a wet hair that is not good for you it builds bacteria if you go to sleep with wet hair, I dry my hair style it and that’s my everything shower routine.

... Read moreIncorporating a peach and vanilla scent into your shower routine can truly elevate your self-care experience, making it feel like a luxurious spa day at home. From my personal experience, starting with a deep conditioning hair mask enriched with argan oil and jojoba oil has dramatically improved my hair texture and moisture retention. Giving the mask at least 30 minutes to marinate allows the nourishing ingredients to fully penetrate the hair strands. Dry brushing before showering is a game changer. Not only does it help exfoliate dead skin cells gently, but it also aids in boosting circulation and lymphatic drainage, resulting in smoother, more vibrant skin. I recommend using a natural bristle dry brush and making long, upward strokes starting from your feet and moving towards your heart. For cleansing, I love using Dove's moisturizing cream bar with shea butter and warm vanilla scent for the first cleanse—it gently removes impurities without stripping natural oils. Pairing this with a stimulating scalp massage enhances relaxation and promotes scalp health. Exfoliation is essential, especially before shaving. Using a white peach and crushed rice body scrub helps remove dead skin and prevents ingrown hairs, leaving skin soft and prepped. Follow this with a thorough rinse and an indulgent shampoo and conditioner routine; I swear by Saltair's moisture-bound hydrating formula that tames frizz and adds shine thanks to its blend of monoi and abyssinian oils. For the final cleanse, a peach and rice milk body wash refreshes the skin and leaves a subtle fragrance. Lock in hydration afterward with a matching peach-scented lotion and body oil enriched with coconut oil and collagen to soothe and nourish dry skin. One crucial tip I’ve learned: never go to bed with wet hair. Blow drying not only styles your hair beautifully but also prevents bacteria buildup and scalp issues. This entire peach and vanilla shower routine brings a sense of calm and rejuvenation that’s perfect for unwinding before the week ahead.
