I got marks appearing out of nowhere what’s going on

I know as we get older. Our skin starts changing but having random red marks and a lot of brown spots it had me question it and of course I used Google, which is a love and hate relationship. Google said it can be aging or sun exposure or if it looks concerning skin cancer 😒
