Egg Cleansing

Not every egg cleanse means a hex or evil eye.

A lot of the time, the bubbles and webbing you see aren’t negativity — they’re emotional tension your body has been holding onto.

In my cleanse tonight, the strings and cloudiness at the bottom weren’t brujería at all.

They were signs of stress, burnout, and built-up emotion finally releasing.

✨ What to look for in a cleanse:

• Bubbles = emotional overwhelm, anxiety, mental pressure

• Webbing/strings = tension, carrying too much responsibility

• Cloudy whites = fatigue, emotional buildup

• Upward spikes = outside energy (none here)

• Blood, foam, or dark spots = spiritual attack (also none)

This one wasn’t evil eye.

It was my body saying, ‘Release what isn’t yours to carry.

... Read moreHey everyone! So, you've seen my post about decoding the signs in an egg cleanse, especially when you see those cloudy formations and string-like strands. It's totally normal to wonder what it all means! When I first started doing egg cleanses, I was so focused on finding "evil" or "hexes," but I've learned so much about how these beautiful practices can reveal our internal state. It's truly a journey of self-discovery. If you're curious about trying an egg cleanse yourself, or just want to understand the process better, let me share my personal routine. It’s surprisingly simple but incredibly powerful. Getting Started: Setting the Stage for Your Cleanse First, you'll need just a few things: a fresh, clean egg (room temperature is best), a clear glass of water, and ideally, a pinch of sea salt. I always take a few moments to set my intention. What do I want to release? Is it stress from a long week, emotional overwhelm, or just general energetic stagnancy? Holding the egg in my hands, I'll silently (or softly aloud) state my intention, infusing it with my energy. This step is crucial for making the cleanse personal and effective. The Cleansing Ritual: My Step-by-Step Once my intention is set, I begin the actual cleansing. I gently pass the egg all over my body, starting from the top of my head and moving downwards to my feet. I visualize the egg absorbing any negative energy, stress, or emotional buildup. Some people focus on specific areas where they feel tension – for me, it's often my shoulders or solar plexus. As I move the egg, I focus on my breath, inhaling peace and exhaling anything I'm ready to let go of. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes. After I've cleansed myself, I hold the egg over the glass of water and carefully crack it, letting its contents gently slide into the water. I try to avoid breaking the yolk if possible, as its integrity can sometimes be another sign within the interpretation. I then place the glass somewhere safe where it won't be disturbed for a few minutes, usually on my altar or a quiet corner. This is where the magic happens and the egg starts to 'reveal' its messages, like those cloudy water patterns or string-like strands you might see. Interpreting What You See (and What to Do Next!) The original post touched on the interpretations, but from my experience, seeing cloudy water or many string-like strands often confirms I've been carrying a lot. It’s like a visual representation of my body saying, 'Phew, finally letting that go!' When I see bubbles, I know I've been under a lot of mental pressure or feeling anxious. The key is to approach these signs not with fear, but with curiosity and self-compassion. Once I've had a chance to observe and interpret, it's time for disposal. This is just as important as the cleanse itself! I usually pour the water and egg down the toilet, flushing it away and visualizing all the released negativity going with it. Sometimes, I'll add a little salt to the water before flushing for extra purification. Then, I'll wash the glass thoroughly. Beyond the Cleanse: Embracing the Release An egg cleanse isn't just about the ritual; it's about what you do afterwards. After a cleanse, I always feel lighter and clearer. I like to take a warm bath with Epsom salts, meditate, or simply spend some quiet time journaling about what came up for me during the interpretation. It’s a powerful tool for self-care and helps me maintain my energetic boundaries. Remember, this practice is about empowering you to understand your own energy and release what no longer serves you. It's a journey, not a one-time fix, and the more you practice, the more attuned you'll become to your body's wisdom.

This is so interesting! I always thought egg cleansing was about negative energy only.
