Rematch by Asia Monet Book Review

First off, I want to say that coming across Heir of Flames last year and finding Asia Monet was one of the best things. If she writes it, best believe I’m going to read it.

Rematch is a second-chance romance that follows childhood friends and lovers Max and Audrey—Max, a famous MMA fighter, and Audrey, a doctor doing her residency in the emergency room.

From the very first page, I immediately felt the yearning and passion between Max and Audrey. The author pulled me into the story, tugging at my heart with every page and leaving me wondering what would happen next. That’s one of the things I love about Asia’s writing—she makes you feel like you’re part of the story through the way she describes the setting and the characters’ emotions in each moment.

This quote “I promise to fight long enough to see the next milestones of your life.” really got to me. It made me wish my dad were still here so I could share those milestones with him.
