Food Ideas

Here’s a few things made at home 🫶.

#1 was made on a Saturday it’s breaded chicken but cut very thinly with Mexican Crema, Fresh cheese aka ‘Queso Fresco’, and some homemade Avacado.

#2 is stir fry noodles & soba noodles . It had small pieces of beef cut up into triangles with egg. ( I actually did not have the carrots to go with it but overall the egg carried for sure ). Marinade was soy sauce, ginger, sesame seed oil, salt, onion, minced garlic, vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce, and sugar. I cooked everything separately and then added each thing individually into a Wok for stir fry.

#3 Sea Food Boil for Lent. So we actually got some Carrots, Ohio small Potatoes, and yellow sweet corn . Started with garlic and onion in the water . Then the Cajun seasoning old bay and slap ya mama of course. I let it come to a boil then started adding in the veggies. Added some more seasoning, cooked the veggies and then added the crab legs, the lobster tail, and the shrimp. Made it last week and this week and it was even better the second time around. If you really want to enjoy it grab a pan add a full stick of butter with 4 spoon full of minced garlic add some salt and a half of squeezed lemon juice 🤤. Thank me later 😎👍🏼 don’t mind the hot dogs they’re chicken ones 😭.

#4 great to do on a Wednesday or Thursday . Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning I used McComick because I love a lot of their stuff tbh but use whatever makes your belly happy ! Then I grabbed the XL tortillas they usually say burrito on them. And then I cut up tomatoes got a bag of mixed Mexican cheese. A can of melted 🧀. And cut some lettuce to have that nice shredded lettuce. I cut the burrito tortillas to have one small one to close all gaps. Layer it down Cheese sauce, taco meat, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Put a pan down with lots of butter switching it from medium to low and got a nice crisp on both sides. Make sure the big tortilla is warmed up so as you fold they fold nicely without tearing!❣️

Hope you enjoy! Apologies for the full paragraph 😂😭.
