Throw Your Hands Up!!

Sometimes we forget that we need God always and not just when we need something.

There are many times when my anxiety/depression/PTSD/ whatever will hit me and I’ll call my aunt to walk me through it. Her answer is always ways to hit my knees and pray. Tell God to take the worry, etc away. He always has and I know he always will. The thing is I, we, should be praising him no matter what is going on in our lives.

Think about your friends. You talk to them in the good and the bad times. We should be doing that with God. He’s closer than any friend we will ever have. We should always lift our hands and PRAISE him!

Have a great day my little snapdragons
