✨My future is looking bright✨

Everyone has a different vision of success. Mine starts and ends with my kids and their happiness.

I’ve always thought it was silly to have a collage of what I wanted for my future but the more I learn and read, the more it just makes sense! It gives you a daily visual reminder of what your big goals are and where your micro goals are leading you.

Every morning I strap on my tennis shoes, I’m closer to running my next race.

Every time I eat right I am closer to my goal weight.

It keeps going and going and going. I smile every time I look at it because I know this is what I am praying for, putting into the Universe and it’s going give come back.

What does your future look like?

... Read moreWhen I first started thinking about my 'bright future vision,' I honestly felt a bit overwhelmed. Where do you even begin? That's when I realized the power of actually seeing what I want. Building my vision board wasn't just cutting out pretty pictures; it was a deep dive into what truly makes me tick and what kind of life I'm actively trying to build. For me, a 'bright future' isn't just about big achievements, but also the daily habits that get me there. Seeing my 'Wellness Vision Board 2024' come together with images of healthy habits, like running races and eating well, really cemented my commitment. I put up pictures of runners, delicious healthy food, and even a calendar to track my workouts. It’s like a daily pep talk staring right back at me! One of the biggest eye-openers was how much it helped me focus on 'Self-Care,' which I used to neglect. I included images of tranquil coastal towns, relaxing moments, and even a reminder about taking "Hot girls* take Walks" – because those small, consistent acts of self-love truly add up. It’s not just about grand gestures; it’s about nurturing yourself so you have the energy to pursue those bigger dreams. And of course, my kids are at the heart of everything. Their smiling faces, images of family adventures, and even travel destinations like London that we dream of visiting, are prominent on my board. Every time I look at it, I'm reminded that my micro-goals – like sticking to my fitness routine or saving up – are all leading to that incredible future with them. If you're wondering how to start your own 'bright future vision' journey, here's my advice: Don't overthink it! Start by listing what truly makes you happy and what you want more of in your life. Then, find images that represent those feelings and goals. It could be specific places, activities, feelings, or even just colors that evoke joy. Place it somewhere you'll see it every single day. For me, it’s a constant source of motivation, a visual prayer, and a powerful reminder that what you focus on, expands. What does your brightest future look like? I'd love to hear your ideas!
