🐻Iced Bear Claw Latte with an Almond Danish Cold Foam🐻
This is for a 24oz cup. Adjust to your liking.
Latte Base:
Double shot espresso
2 tbsp dark chocolate sauce
1/4 tsp almond extract OR 2 pumps almond syrup
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
8oz milk of choice (whole or oat work best)
Almond Danish Cold Foam
2oz heavy cream
1/8 tsp almond extract OR 1/2 pump almond syrup
2 pumps vanilla syrup
Garnishing:
Crushed or sliced almonds
Dark chocolate sauce
Ground cinnamon 
✨ Brew your espresso with the dark chocolate sauce, almond extract/syrup, and ground cinnamon
✨ Optional: Line your cup with dark chocolate sauce
✨ Fill your cup with ice
✨ Add your milk, then add your espresso mixture
✨ Froth your cold foam ingredients to your desired consistency, then pour over top of your latte
