This is for a 24oz cup. Adjust to your liking.

Latte base:

Double shot espresso

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 pumps vanilla syrup

1/4 tsp cake batter extract

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

8oz milk of choice (whole or oat work best)

Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cold Foam

2oz heavy cream

1 tsp brown sugar

Dash of ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Garnish:

Raw Sugar (Turbinado)

Ground cinnamon

Crushed graham crackers

Caramel sauce

Vanilla frosting, optional

✨ Brew your shot of espresso with the brown sugar , cake batter extract, and ground cinnamon.

✨ Line your cup with caramel sauce, then fill with ice

✨ Add your milk with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup

✨ Add your espresso mixture

✨ Froth your cold foam ingredients to your desired consistency, then pour on top of your latte

✨ Top with the raw sugar, crushed graham crackers and ground cinnamon

✨ Melt the vanilla frosting for a few seconds just enough to get a drizzle consistency (5-10 seconds) then drizzle on top of your drink. This part is optional, but it gives it that glaze flavor on top of a coffee cake.

Enjoy 😋

Read moreIf you're a fan of flavored iced coffee drinks with a cozy twist, the Iced Coffee Cake Latte with Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cold Foam offers a unique blend of warm spices and sweet notes reminiscent of your favorite dessert. Using a double shot of espresso brewed with brown sugar, cake batter extract, and cinnamon creates a rich, aromatic base that complements the creamy texture of the milk. Whole or oat milk works best depending on your preference for creaminess or plant-based options. What truly elevates this latte is the homemade cinnamon brown sugar cold foam. Frothing heavy cream with brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth introduces a velvety top that beautifully contrasts the iced espresso below. The finishing touch of garnishes like raw Turbinado sugar, crushed graham crackers, and an optional vanilla frosting drizzle mimics the classic coffee cake flavor and adds texture and sweetness. To personalize your iced latte, consider adjusting the sweetness by varying the amount of vanilla syrup or brown sugar used in the espresso. For those who enjoy plant-based variations, oat milk is a fantastic choice for its natural sweetness and creaminess that balances well with the cinnamon and coffee flavors. Additionally, experimenting with cold foam consistency can help achieve your preferred mouthfeel—from light and airy to more dense and creamy. This recipe is an excellent alternative to traditional iced lattes and coffee drinks, bringing the warmth and indulgence of coffee cake into your cup. Whether for an afternoon pick-me-up or a special treat, this iced coffee cake latte pairs wonderfully with breakfast pastries or as a dessert-like beverage on its own. Enjoy crafting this cozy iced latte that combines the best of coffee and bakery flavors!
