If you're a fan of sweet, bakery-inspired coffee drinks, the Iced Cinnamon Bun Latte with Cream Cheese Glaze Cold Foam is an absolute delight to make at home. One of the best parts about this drink is how customizable it is — you can easily adjust the sweetness, spice level, and milk choice to suit your preferences or dietary needs. For example, using oat milk adds a creamy texture that complements the cinnamon and brown sugar perfectly, but almond or whole milk are great alternatives. In my experience, brewing the espresso directly with the cinnamon, cinnamon bun syrup, vanilla syrup, and a hint of cake batter extract really infuses the drink with a warm, comforting flavor reminiscent of fresh baked goods. If you don’t have cake batter extract, a tiny bit of vanilla extract works as a substitute. The cream cheese glaze cold foam topping is what truly elevates this latte. Whipping heavy cream with whipped cream cheese and vanilla syrup creates a luxurious, slightly tangy foam that balances the sweetness of the latte below. This cold foam keeps the drink cool and creamy without watering it down with traditional milk froth. For the finishing touches, caramel or white chocolate sauce drizzled inside the glass adds extra richness, and dusting with McCormick Cinnamon Roll finishing sugar or additional ground cinnamon gives it that perfect bakery-style look and taste. I recommend preparing this drink fresh daily for an authentic experience, as mentioned in the original recipe’s note about freshness. Making this latte at home not only saves money compared to specialty coffee shops but also allows you to experiment and find your perfect flavor combo. Plus, it's a wonderful treat to share with friends or enjoy as a cozy afternoon pick-me-up. Whether you’re a cinnamon roll lover or just enjoy creative coffee drinks, this recipe is a delicious way to bring a cafe-quality experience to your kitchen.
