THE PEOPLE

... Read moreHey everyone! I'm so thrilled to dive deeper into some of the topics I touched upon in my UAMODELS magazine feature. Being a male model, Stephan Adam, has been an incredible adventure, and I often get asked about how I got started and what it's really like behind the scenes. My journey into modeling definitely wasn't a straight path, but more like a series of unexpected turns and opportunities. I remember the exact moment I realized this could be a career – it was less about actively seeking it out and more about being in the right place at the right time, meeting the right people who saw something in me I hadn't fully recognized myself. It’s truly amazing how life unfolds! One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned early on is the importance of perseverance. The modeling industry can be tough, filled with rejections and intense competition. There were moments I questioned if I was cut out for it, but staying true to myself and my passion always pulled me through. It's not just about looking good in front of the camera; it's about developing a thick skin, maintaining professionalism, and consistently honing your craft. Every 'no' just brought me closer to a 'yes,' and those experiences have shaped me into the Stephan Adam you see today. My personal style is another topic I love discussing. For me, fashion is an extension of my personality – comfortable, authentic, and with a touch of urban edge, as you might have seen in some of my shoots, like the one where I'm wearing a black beanie and black jacket. It’s about expressing who you are without saying a word. I believe confidence is the best accessory, and when you feel good in what you're wearing, it truly shines through. Finding your own unique aesthetic is key, rather than just following trends. It’s what makes each model stand out. Social media has also played an undeniable role in my career. Platforms like Lemon8 allow me to connect directly with fans and share glimpses of my life and work that go beyond the glossy magazine pages. It's a powerful tool for building a personal brand and showcasing versatility. I love engaging with all of you, sharing tips, and getting feedback. It’s amazing to think how much the industry has evolved, making it possible for models to have such a direct relationship with their audience. Looking ahead, my aspirations go beyond just walking runways or appearing in campaigns. I'm keen to explore creative directing, perhaps even acting, and use my platform to inspire others who might be considering a career in the arts. I want to continue challenging myself and growing as an artist and as a person. The world of modeling is constantly evolving, and I'm excited to see where my journey takes me next. Thank you for following along and being a part of this incredible adventure with Stephan Adam!

You all know I love Notion, I even made a Notion planner template for you guys and it’s super aesthetic and cute. But I can’t help but feel like some of you are afraid to use it because Notion is so complicated and scary. It’s hard to learn how to use it, and it can be daunting. Heck, I don’t even

Best scents that make people turn heads 😩
These were some of the perfumes I’ve bought over the past year. They make me genuinely feel so nice and smell nice, I hate floral smells but the ones I’ve added here I LOVE. They’re not too strong which I hate in floral smells, while also capturing the best light smells. #smellgoodfeelgood #s

90% of people do this WRONG ❌
Most people ignore rotational movements in their training, but that’s a huge mistake. The Twisted Deadlift is a lost gem from silver-era bodybuilders like Bill Pearl—designed to build hip mobility, glute strength, and core stability all in one move. 💡 Here’s why this exercise is a must for stren

When People Dim, Help Them Shine Again 🔑ℹ️⬇️
This quote beautifully illustrates the importance of supporting those who are struggling. Just like a flashlight needs new batteries to shine bright, people need different forms of support to navigate their dark times. Whether it’s Attention, Affection, Acceptance, Compassion, or Direction, or simp
