How to make an Apple Music playlist on your Iphone

✨Hello Lovelies! I am coming to you with another tech tip! Not everyone uses Apple music so I thought since it is my favorite I’d share with all the other music platform users!✨

🩷 Open the Apple Music App: Start by launching the Apple Music app on your iPhone or iPad.

🩷 Go to the Library Tab: At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a row of tabs. Tap on Library (it’s the one with a musical note icon). This is where all your music and playlists are stored.

🩷 Select “Playlists”: Once in the Library tab, you’ll see different options like Artists, Albums, and Songs. Tap on Playlists.

🩷 Create a New Playlist: In the Playlists section, you’ll see a plus (+) button in the upper-right corner. Tap it to start a new playlist.

🩷 Name Your Playlist: A pop-up will appear asking you to give your playlist a name. Type in your desired title and tap Done in the upper-right corner when you’re satisfied.

🩷 Add Songs: Now it’s time to fill your playlist! You’ll automatically be prompted to add music. Tap Add Music and search for songs or browse through your library.

🩷 Tap the Plus Icon (+): Next to each song, you’ll see a small plus sign (+). Tap it to add that song to your playlist. You can add songs from any category like Albums, Artists, or Songs.

🩷 Rearrange Your Playlist (Optional): If you want to reorder the songs, go to your newly created playlist, tap Edit (top-right corner), and drag songs into your preferred order.

🩷 Hit Done: Once you’re happy with your song selection, tap Done in the upper-right corner to save your playlist.

🩷 Enjoy & Share: Now you can enjoy your playlist whenever you want! You can also share it with friends by tapping the three dots (…) and selecting Share Playlist.

And that’s it! You’re now ready to vibe out with your custom playlist. 🎧✨🩷

... Read moreHey, fellow music lovers! So glad you're diving into the world of custom Apple Music playlists on your iPhone. Creating your own vibe is super satisfying, and I just wanted to share a few more tips and tricks to make your playlist experience even better. You know, those little things that make your 'Pretty n' Productive' study mix or your 'Sunday Chill' playlist truly yours! First off, after you’ve mastered creating those awesome playlists, you might find yourself wondering, 'What if I want to delete one, or just a few songs?' Good news! It's just as easy as making them. How to Delete an Apple Music Playlist on Your iPhone: Ever made a playlist you just don't vibe with anymore? No worries! Open the Apple Music app and head to your 'Library' tab. Tap on 'Playlists.' Find the playlist you want to delete. Don't tap it to open! Instead, press and hold on the playlist title. A pop-up menu will appear. You'll see an option like 'Delete from Library.' Tap that! Confirm your decision, and poof! Your playlist is gone. It's a quick way to keep your library tidy. Removing Specific Songs from a Playlist: Sometimes you love a playlist, but one song just doesn't fit the mood anymore. It happens! Open your desired playlist in the Apple Music app. Tap the 'three dots (...)' next to the song you want to remove (or tap 'Edit' in the top right corner, then the red minus sign next to the song). From the pop-up, select 'Delete from Playlist.' Easy peasy! Now, let's talk about making your playlists visually appealing! The OCR mentioned making a 'cute Apple Music Playlist' and finding 'aesthetic cover photo' ideas. This is one of my favorite ways to personalize my mixes! Making Your Playlists Pop with Custom Cover Art: Why stick with a generic cover when you can make it totally reflect your vibe? After creating your playlist, open it up. Tap the 'three dots (...)' in the top right corner. Select 'Edit.' You'll see the current playlist cover at the top. Tap 'Choose Photo' (or 'Take Photo' if you're feeling spontaneous!). Browse your camera roll for that perfect aesthetic image you saved from Pinterest (like those 'PRODUCTIVE giacomellialessia1 era' visuals!) or a photo you took yourself. It really levels up your 'playlist screen'! Adjust the crop, then tap 'Choose' and 'Done.' Voila! Your playlist now has its own unique personality. Sharing Your Vibe: The original article touched on sharing, but let's dive a little deeper! Sharing your musical taste is half the fun. On your playlist's main screen, tap the 'three dots (...)' at the top. Select 'Share Playlist.' You'll get options to share via AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or even directly to social media apps like Instagram Stories. I love sharing my 'Workout Jams' playlist with my friends to keep us motivated! These little tweaks really elevate the experience of managing your music on Apple Music. Whether you're curating a 'chill study beats' mix or a pumping 'road trip anthem' list, knowing these extra steps helps you keep everything organized and looking great. Happy listening!

Thank youuuu. I literally did not know how to make my own playlist and I’ve had it for years. I just pop on a station and go. 😅🫶🏻
