1/3 cup chocolate chips (I mixed mini & chunk).

Directions:

•Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet

with parchment paper.

•In a bowl, whisk together sourdough discard, mashed banana, egg, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

•Add oats, cinnamon, and salt, stirring until combined.

•Fold in chocolate chips.

•Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet,
