A great way to increase your workout intensity IS TO LOWER YOUR WEIGHT (yes I said lower!) and focus on range of motion and control. Try to hit that depth, work your muscles and joints through a complete range, and focus on moving slow and controlled. Sometimes it’s hard to drop the weight
