Snacks of the day

In the morning, after my workout, I enjoy eating overnight oats. If I have a craving during the day, I usually opt for a protein bar to help manage my desire for something sweet.

**Recipe:**

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 tsp honey

1 cup almond milk

Toppings: strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, or protein powder to your preference.

I always try that my protein bar has a least 10g.
