Alive❤️🩹🪽
I wonder why every time and chance I get, I look up at the sky. No matter the time and day it is, I just look up and I always see the most beautiful view. Do you ever just wonder if it’s actually real? Why do we get these beautiful views? I feel alive knowing that I have made it to my almost 3 year anniversary from sh. I feel appreciated and loved by so many people who might not know and people who do.
I always ask myself if people that have passed in my life actually hear my cries just to see them again… Everyday since I see a Blue Jay or a Cardinal. It could just be a coincidence but I never not see one on a daily basis. (You are loved and appreciated~From a stranger❤️🩹)
Feeling connected to nature can play a vital role in our emotional well-being. Many individuals find solace by connecting with the natural world, be it through observing birds like Blue Jays and Cardinals, or simply by taking in the beauty of the skies. This connection can serve as a reminder of comfort and support from loved ones, whether they are with us or have passed on. Journaling about these moments can amplify feelings of gratitude and acceptance. Studies have shown that spending time outdoors and appreciating the beauty of nature can reduce stress and improve mood. Regularly venturing outside, even for just a few minutes a day, can boost our mental health significantly. Furthermore, participating in mindful practices, such as meditation or simply pausing to reflect on our surroundings, can enhance our appreciation of life’s fleeting moments. Embracing these practices during tough times can help cultivate resilience and a deeper connection to our inner selves and to those we cherish.
