this sandwich changed my life… 🥪🥺
[SPAIN 🇪🇸] i recently went to spain and got to try what i genuinely believe might be the BEST focaccia sandwich in the world from @divorare.es and it 100% did not disappoint. i actually saw this place from a post by @jacksdiningroom and omg THANK YOU because this was honestly life-changing 😭 i had it once in madrid and it was so good that i literally needed to have it again in seville… like that’s how serious it was. we tried 3 of their sandwiches and honestly, this ended up being one of the most memorable meals of my entire trip… like i still think about it till now

their signature bestseller and genuinely one of the best bites of a sandwich ive ever had… the flavours just EXPLODED in my mouth. their homemade focaccia was insanely fluffy and moist, filled with mortadella, stracciatella, generous pesto and grinded pistachio… DANGEROUSLY GOOD
🍅 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒛𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒍𝒆 - [€9.90/S$14.80] 9/10
rly solid too!! the flavourful prosciutto went so well with the parmesan cream, cherry tomatoes and rocket. honestly amazing, but the come a casa was just on another level
🍓 𝒅𝒐𝒍𝒄𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒂 - [€9.90/S$14.80] 8.5/10
the speck and scamorza paired surprisingly well with the red berry jam, although the sweetness was abit overpowering for me. definitely worth trying if you love sweet-savoury flavours, but i’d order this to share!
overall, this will 100% be my first stop when im back in spain and i’ll literally just order the come a casa cos i swear it is genuinely THAT good… everyone needs to try this at least once in their life 😭 for the generous portions, this was genuinely one of the most valuable and DELICIOUS meals we had on the trip. if you’re visiting spain, please save this and add it into your itinerary because this is seriously a MUST-TRY
𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈: 10/10 ⭐️

During my recent travels through Spain, I had the incredible opportunity to dive deeper into the world of authentic Spanish sandwiches, especially focaccia-based creations at Divorare. What truly stood out was how the combination of fresh ingredients and artisanal baking techniques could elevate a simple sandwich into an unforgettable culinary experience. The 'Come a Casa' sandwich, with its fluffy moist focaccia, generously layered mortadella, creamy stracciatella, flavorful pesto, and finely ground pistachio, exemplified how balance and quality ingredients transform a meal. Each bite released complex flavors that mingled perfectly—salty, creamy, nutty, and herbaceous notes created a mouthwatering symphony. What I found equally impressive was the regional variation reflected in their other offerings like the 'Tradizionale' and 'Dolcevita.' The former’s prosciutto paired with parmesan cream and fresh cherry tomatoes provided a fresh yet savory twist, while the latter experimented with sweet and savory by combining speck, scamorza, and red berry jam. Sampling all three allowed me to appreciate the diversity and creativity in Spanish sandwich artistry. For anyone traveling to Spain, especially food enthusiasts, Divorare’s focaccia sandwiches are an absolute must-try. Beyond the taste, it’s the genuine passion for simple, high-quality ingredients and traditional methods that comes through in every bite. Plus, the generous portions and reasonable pricing make it a valuable dining choice. In my experience, adding this food stop to your itinerary not only enriches your trip but also offers a glimpse into Spain’s culinary heart. It’s a delightful way to connect with local flavors and traditions while enjoying one of the best sandwiches you might ever have. Whether you’re in Madrid or Seville, revisiting this spot is worth it, as the flavors linger long after the meal is finished.
