Back 2 my Fitness 💙, Get back to YOURS!!!

2 years ago I was a dedicated cyclist with goals of increasing my distance and average speed every ride. It was the one fitness act I was committed to that kept my weight stable and me mentally in a good place...lol. Then one day something happened. I don't even remember what. I stopped riding and found it harder and harder to make my way back to my beloved bike, Turq.

2 years later, 30 lbs heavier, here I am FINALLY back doing what I love. Yes, it's a lot harder but it's worth it. One day I'll be back to riding 20 plus miles.....until then I'm going to keep at it.

THIS is your sign to go back to that thing YOU love. The thing that liberates you. The thing that challenges you, but makes you happy. You'll be like me, so glad that you did!!!!!
