“Beginnings don’t work unless you properly end.”
I was listening to a recent episode of On Purpose with Jay Shetty, and he that stuck with me.
You can buy the planner and set the goals, but if you are still "holding hands with what's over," you aren't moving forward. You are just dragging old energy into a new opportunity.
Don't just scroll past this. Do this ritual to get your closure.
1. Get a piece of paper.
2. Finish this sentence: "In 2025, I finally stopped..."
3. Write down the guilt, the fear, or the failure you are releasing.
4. Destroy it. Burn it, tear it up, or throw it away.
Signal to your nervous system that you are done carrying it.
