Reflecting on a year of profound personal transformation, I realized it's not just about what happens to you, but how you respond and *grow*. If you're looking to spark your own 2024 transformation, here are some insights and practical tips I picked up along the way. Embracing Unique Hobbies & Skills: My journey into tooth gemming was completely unexpected! It started as a curiosity and quickly became a fun, artistic outlet. If a quirky new hobby calls to you, don't hesitate. Look for online tutorials, starter kits, and local workshops. Always prioritize safety and hygiene, especially with anything involving your body. Beyond that, I dove deeper into creative expressions like euphoric makeup looks. YouTube and Instagram are fantastic resources for inspiration and step-by-step guides. And sharing skills, like teaching my brother to skate, not only strengthens bonds but also reinforces your own learning. Nurturing Relationships & Community: One of the biggest lessons was learning to set boundaries in friendships and romantic relationships. It’s tough, but absolutely essential for mental well-being. Practicing clear communication and understanding your own needs can truly redefine your connections. And when it comes to finding new love or deepening existing bonds, remember that genuine connection often blossoms when you're truly yourself. I also made a conscious effort to support local places wayyy more, from cafes to markets. It’s a wonderful way to connect with your community and discover hidden gems. Don't underestimate the power of networking – whether for career growth or simply finding like-minded people. Attend local events, join online communities, and be open to new connections. My "Galentine's Day" with my girls was such a highlight, reminding me of the importance of strong female friendships. Prioritizing Personal Growth & Self-Care: Changing careers, like when I quit my job as a nutrition cashier (which, let's be honest, I hated!), can be daunting but incredibly liberating. Listen to your gut. If a job is draining you, start planning your exit strategy, whether it’s saving up or exploring new fields. And speaking of liberation, I found so much peace in appreciating the beach more and my femininity. Spending time in nature, whether it's the ocean or a local park, is a powerful form of self-care. It grounds you and provides perspective. Make time for simple joys like reading a book by the water or exploring a new local market. These small moments of presence contribute so much to overall happiness. Remember, transformation isn't always a grand gesture; it's often a collection of small, intentional steps that lead to a profoundly better you.

Super cute! I’m hoping to do a galentines next year ❤️
