I also started paying close attention to stress management through meditation and light exercise, which further improved my gut function. One of the habits I’ve kept is being intentional about everything I consume and do, especially when it comes to food. Eating nutrient-dense meals and staying well hydrated supports the gut bacteria and overall digestive health. Even though these habits may seem simple or 'boring,' their consistent practice has been transformative for my wellbeing. If you’re working on a gut reset, remember it’s not about a quick fix but embracing a holistic routine combining nutrition, hydration, sleep, probiotics, and mindfulness.
