ถ้าใครเคยไปเดินเล่นแถวสีลมแล้วแวะหาร้านไอศกรีมพรีเมียมสักร้าน ผมอยากแนะนำ Daddy Don’t Know Gelato House เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดจริงๆ ร้านนี้นอกจากจะตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้กับปาร์คสีลมแล้ว บรรยากาศภายในร้านยังมีสไตล์ทันสมัย แสงสวย เหมาะกับการถ่ายรูปแชร์ลงโซเชียลมากๆ ผมไปเองก็รู้สึกว่าตัวร้านให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ช่วงที่ไป ผมได้ลองสามรสที่หลากหลายสุดๆ ทั้งพิตาชิโอ้หอมกลิ่นถั่วแท้ๆ นัวแบบละมุนใจ ช็อกโกแลตดูไบเข้มข้นสุดๆ มีเท็กซ์เจอร์เส้นๆ ทำให้ได้เคี้ยวเพลิน ส่วนไวท์ช็อกโกแลตวาซาบิที่ฟังดูแปลก แต่กลับเข้ากันได้อย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ รสหวานของไวท์ช็อกตัดกับความซ่าของวาซาบิแบบค่อยๆ มา เรียกว่าลงตัวจริงๆ นอกจากเมนูที่ร้านจะวนเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆ ทำให้คนที่ชอบไอศกรีมแบบ surprise ไม่เบื่อแน่นอน พนักงานยังใจดี เปิดโอกาสให้ชิมก่อนตัดสินใจซื้ออีกด้วย ถึงแม้ว่าปริมาณที่ให้จะค่อนข้างน้อย แต่ต้องเข้าใจว่าเค้าใช้วิธีตักแล้วชั่งน้ำหนักเพื่อความยุติธรรมของทุกลูกค้า ด้วยราคาที่เริ่มต้นไม่แพงมาก และคุณภาพของไอศกรีมสุดพรีเมียม ทำให้ที่นี่เหมาะกับการมาสัมผัสกับรสชาติใหม่ๆ หลีกหนีจากไอศกรีมทั่วไปในตลาดได้อย่างดี ยิ่งถ้าใครทำงานแถวสีลมหรือผ่านไปมา อย่าลืมแวะมาลองชิมความแปลกใหม่นี้ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอนครับ!
