For HIS name's sake!
Our world is obsessed with "searching within ourselves" and "finding ourselves" or being "true to ourselves". Or maybe your trying to leave your "mark" in this world and make a name for yourself. We are so focused on ourselves and our own reputation that we have lost sight of what we should be focused on instead.
This month's letter invites you to adjust your focus on who God is, his character and his reputation. Only then will you find what you are looking for is in the name of Jesus.
I pray the only place your find yourself is standing in the Name of The Lord.

The apostle Paul’s exhortation in Colossians 3:17 encourages us to do everything in the name of Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father. From personal experience, embracing this mindset has brought deeper peace amid challenges and a clearer sense of purpose, knowing my actions contribute to honoring God's name rather than just my own reputation. Moreover, understanding that God's reputation is tied to His justice and mercy invites us to engage with the world in ways that promote truth and kindness. It can transform how we approach relationships, professional life, and community involvement. Instead of striving for personal acclaim, living "for His name’s sake" turns our efforts toward glorifying God and reflecting His character to others. Ultimately, this perspective helps us rediscover the true meaning of identity—not as self-made or ego-driven, but as children of God, called to reflect His name through our transformed lives.
