Nature isn’t just beautiful—it’s scientifically healing.

Spending time around plants helps both the mind and body reset in powerful ways:

• Being around greenery can lower cortisol levels, reducing stress and anxiety

• Plants help regulate the nervous system, slowing heart rate and calming the body

• Studies show time in nature improves focus, memory, and mental clarity

Notice when you stopped focusing on the problems numbered and looked at the bigger picture to see such a beautiful scene? That's how we should treat life. Yes, the x amount of problems will still be there in plain sight. But at least you didn't miss the beauty along the way. At least you would be able to experience the joy as you take a minute to look around.
