what’s my makeup blindness?(honest answers only) 😣

I used to do my makeup religiously, I loved doing makeup I did it almost everyday, makeup was my hobby, I’d do my makeup and listen to music and make cute videos. but I didn’t use too much or do makeup too much considering I still have concealer and foundation from years ago 😭 I’ll use a small bit now but nothing crazy, only when I go out and feel like getting all dolled up. I typically do light full face so brows, some contouring, lashes, etc. a lot of times I don’t wear lashes due to them being not that great for your real eyelashes and eyelid. lmk in the comments! or maybe some tips of makeup styles that’ll look good!

... Read moreMakeup blindness refers to the phenomenon where individuals may not see the full potential of their makeup skills or styles, often resulting from repetitive routines or a lack of inspiration. Many avid makeup users may find themselves stuck in a cycle of using the same products or techniques, leading to a feeling of disconnect from their creative side. To combat makeup blindness, consider experimenting with new trends, trying bold colors, or altering your application techniques. For instance, if you typically stick to a light touch with foundation and concealer, why not explore the art of contouring, or play with vibrant eye shadows that can bring a fresh look? Influencer platforms and tutorials can also be a great source of inspiration. Don't hesitate to reach out to online communities to share your thoughts and receive feedback on different makeup looks. Engaging with others can reignite your passion for makeup and help you discover exciting new styles that suit your personality and enhance your features. Remember, the world of makeup is all about self-expression, so embrace the art and enjoy the journey towards discovering your unique beauty!
