Car assisted elimination!

That moment when your car becomes your best teammate in Fortnite? Pure gold! I'm still buzzing from my last game where I snagged an elimination thanks to a well-timed auto assist. It was down to the wire, just 10 players remaining, and I found myself in a tricky spot. My trusty vehicle wasn't just for getting around; it turned into an offensive weapon, giving me the edge I needed. 'Thanks car, for the assist!' I thought as the elimination popped up on my screen. It really made me think about how much more than just transport these vehicles are in the game. From my own experience, mastering car combat and movement in Fortnite can totally change your game. You can use them for quick rotations to escape the storm or flank an enemy. But beyond that, they're fantastic for breaking through builds, creating chaos, or even as temporary cover in an open field. I've learned that ramming an opponent's structure can disorient them enough for a quick peek-shot elimination. Or, if you're feeling bold, you can literally run them over! Just be mindful of your health and their weapons – getting out of a car at the wrong moment can be risky. I often look for cars early in the game, especially if I'm dropping in a busy area. They're great for looting fast and getting to better positions. Later in the game, when the circle is small, a car can be a double-edged sword. It makes noise, but it can also provide crucial mobility for a final push or escape. I've had some intense moments where I've used a car to block incoming bullets from a sniper, giving me just enough time to heal or reload. It's all about being creative and knowing when to ditch your ride. One thing I've found super effective is using cars as bait. Sometimes, I'll drive past an enemy, drawing their fire, and then quickly boost away, only to circle back on foot for a surprise attack. Or, if I'm trying to push a fortified position, I'll sometimes drive a car right into their build. It creates instant pressure and usually forces them to react, giving my teammates (or me!) an opening. Just remember to always have a plan B if your car gets blown up or you get shot out of it! Maintaining fuel is also key; nothing worse than running out of gas mid-chase. I always try to fill up at gas stations or carry a gas can if I can spare an inventory slot. It's a small detail, but it can make all the difference when you're down to those final 10 players and need to make a quick move. What about you? Have you ever had a clutch moment with a car saving your skin or securing a win? I'd love to hear your crazy car stories and tips for using vehicles in Fortnite!
