FORNITE RETURN
I’m officially back playing Fortnite squad up and let’s win some games
It feels incredible to be back in the Fortnite action after a bit of a hiatus! The thrill of landing, looting, and outsmarting opponents in squad mode is truly unmatched. For anyone else who's thinking about making a return or just looking to sharpen their skills, I wanted to share a few observations and tips from my recent games. It's a whole new world, but the core fun is still there! First off, let's talk weapons. The feel of the game's arsenal is always evolving. I've been experimenting with the PUMP SHOTGUN and the TACTICAL SHOTGUN. While the pump can be devastating if you hit those critical shots up close, the tactical offers a more forgiving spread for those intense close-quarter battles. It really comes down to playstyle and what you're comfortable with. And don't forget about utility! A well-placed HUNTING RIFLE shot can turn the tide of a long-range engagement, especially when trying to pick off opponents from a distance. Knowing your weapon's strengths and weaknesses is key to securing those eliminations. Then there's the map! Even if you're familiar with classic spots, things always shift. I've found myself dropping into places like LONE LODGE and RETAIL ROW, observing how players approach these areas now. TILTED TOWERS, of course, remains a hotspot for chaos and quick action – perfect for sharpening those early-game combat skills. Even nostalgic spots like PARADISE PALMS, while visually distinct, require updated strategies. Always pay attention to the layout and how building opportunities have changed. Adapting to the current map flow and knowing where to find good loot or cover can give your squad a huge advantage. Squad strategy is more vital than ever. Communication is paramount; even simple callouts for enemy positions, loot, or when you need a REBOOT can make all the difference. Sticking together, especially as the STORM EYE SHRINKING forces everyone closer, is crucial. I've learned the hard way that straying too far from your teammates can lead to being eliminated and leaving your squad in a tough spot. Reviving and rebooting are core mechanics, and knowing when and where to perform them safely is a skill in itself – sometimes holding that (Hold) Close Tip can save a game. Practicing movement, like how to quickly get IN THE AIR WHILE building or using environmental elements NEXT TO A WALL TO KICK OFF for a quick escape, can also give you an edge in frantic build fights. It’s been an absolute blast getting back into the swing of things. The learning curve is real, but every Victory Royale feels incredibly rewarding. If you're out there looking for a squadmate who's keen to win, learn, and have a good laugh, hit me up! Let's team up and dominate the island together. Who's ready to squad up?
