I'm a RN, I'm ashamed to say it would probably be PT. I have had bilateral total hip replacements six weeks apart. I've spent a lot of time with PT and I swear there were more than a few times that I wanted to die during my sessions lol Plus PTs will beat you down while using proper body mechanics 😂
