Hi, I’m Robin — Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and founder of Strong With Robin.
But my story isn’t just about fitness — it’s about rebuilding. 💫
In the past couple of years, I’ve gone through some of the hardest changes of my life. I lost a lot — my home, my job, and pieces of the life I thought I’d always have. But I also found something: myself.
I learned that strength isn’t just in your muscles — it’s in your healing, your boundaries, your soft days, and your courage to begin again. 💗
Now, I help others find their version of strong — whatever stage they’re in.
Because Strong looks different at every stage.

Strength is often misunderstood as purely physical power, but as Robin's story highlights, true strength also encompasses mental and emotional resilience. Many people can relate to experiencing significant life changes that challenge their sense of stability and self-worth. Whether losing a job or a home, or navigating transitions like postpartum or midlife, the path to healing requires patience and self-compassion. Personal training that incorporates mindful movement and strength exercises such as TRX can be empowering tools not only for the body but for the mind as well. TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) uses bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability, making it adaptable to all fitness levels and life stages. Robin's approach demonstrates how fitness professionals can play a vital role in helping individuals rebuild by setting healthy boundaries, embracing 'soft days,' and celebrating small victories. This holistic focus aligns with the growing awareness of mental health matters — recognizing that fitness journeys intersect deeply with emotional healing. For those navigating postpartum recovery or midlife challenges, having a trainer who understands these unique phases can make a profound difference. The inclusion of both virtual and in-person sessions offers accessibility and personalized support tailored to each person’s current needs. Ultimately, finding your version of strong means redefining what strength looks like for you personally. It's about courageously beginning again and appreciating every step along the way. Robin's story and coaching serve as an inspiring reminder that while the journey may be a work in progress, resilience and growth are always within reach.
