Panera’s Frontega Chicken

I made a black pepper focaccia loaf and today I made a copycat version of Panera’s Frontega Chicken Sandwich. It was one of my favorite sandwich’s to eat when I worked there but they took away the chipotle mayo 😭. I did come to find out that despite my focaccia coming out so beautifully it was just too thick. There was just too much bread 😢… I’ll be trying again soon.
