Starting your day around 9:30 AM may seem late to some, but for a busy college student, it’s about finding balance. Making your bed is a small but meaningful first step to starting the day positively. Morning rituals can include a quick workout, whether it’s a 5-minute upper-body routine or a refreshing shower, setting the tone for a productive day. As the day progresses, a moment of relaxation with a warm cup of tea while diving into school readings can soothe the hectic college life. It’s essential to create pockets of calm amidst the rush. Many students find value in establishing a routine that includes studying at midnight, when the world is quiet and free from distractions, allowing for focused learning. Ultimately, while college can be messy, it’s also a time for growth, making memories, and learning how to navigate life’s unpredictable journey.
