Minor Service Requirements:
To provide a service to a minor age 16/17 a Bio parent, no legal guardians, must be present for the whole procedure, both of you will need Government issued photo IDs, and you must bring the stamped offical birth certificate or official copy from dhs with no typos.
For minors under 16, we can only do soft lower lobes and require their ability to consent, and understand it will hurt a little. We will need their birth certificate, a bio parent present, and the parents' government issued photo ID.
