Pregnancy tips/symptoms
So about 8 weeks ago I found out I was about 3-4 weeks pregnant! It came as a shock because I had not experienced any symptoms, so you can imagine how I reacted. Luckily, my boyfriend and I planned on having kids, so it’s okay :)
At the time of writing this, I’m 12 weeks pregnant, ending my first trimester.
Here are 3 tips/symptoms that I’ve experienced during my first time pregnancy at 34!
1 - I’m always hungry, but have no appetite! Thankfully no morning sickness either though. :)
2 - Your boobs grow practically overnight - like what the heck!! Haha
3 - You have low energy no matter how much you sleep or eat healthy. You always feel like you need sleep.

Pregnancy can be an exciting yet challenging time, especially for first-time mothers. Understanding the changes your body undergoes is crucial to ensuring a healthy experience. Common pregnancy symptoms include fatigue, breast tenderness, and food cravings, all of which can vary by individual. Many new moms report experiencing significant hunger yet lack of appetite, which can be perplexing. It’s essential to focus on a balanced diet, incorporating fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains. This ensures that both you and your baby receive the necessary nutrients. Moreover, hydrating adequately can alleviate some fatigue. As the first trimester progresses, emotional fluctuations are common. Expect mood swings driven by hormonal changes. Finding a supportive community, whether online or through friends and family, can be beneficial for emotional wellness during this time. Joining parenting forums or groups, like those associated with #newmama or #firsttrimester, can provide a sense of belonging. Lastly, don’t hesitate to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and to address any concerns you may have about your pregnancy journey.
