We are in this together 📚🌸✨
✨ Sometimes all you need is a reminder that you can do it. you're not alone, we're all trying our best 💛
If you're having a tough time focusing, here are 3 gentle study tips that have helped me lately:
📌 1. Just start with one small thing
When you feel overwhelmed, don’t aim for a full chapter, just pick one page, one concept, even 10 minutes.
I like organizing mine into tiny tasks on this simple planner I found called TinyOrange 🍊 (it helps me feel less chaotic tbh).
🧠 2. Try active recall
Instead of rereading your notes, cover them up and try to explain the topic out loud.
It feels awkward at first but it seriously works.
You can use flashcard apps like Anki or Quizlet for this, even just writing it in your own words helps.
🔁 3. Mix your subjects (aka interleaving)
Instead of 3 hours on one topic, try rotating:
30 mins chem, 30 mins anatomy, 30 mins ethics.
Your brain has to work harder to switch, which weirdly helps you remember more.
Sending love if studying feels heavy lately. You got this 🌿💫
