A little bit of a back story, I actually can't fully justify this ipad purchase because the only reason why I initially wanted it was because it was cute, so I decided to scour our local online marketplace to find a decent secondhand unit, and I found this one for $290! It was honestly a steal, and I haven't had issues since. I've been using this ipad mini a lot so no regrets :)
