Quiet study vlog

... Read moreHey everyone! So, you might've caught my 'Quiet study vlog at 4:00 am' and are wondering how I manage to get up so early, especially with finals looming and December feeling pretty crazy. It’s definitely a challenge, but I've found that these super early morning study sessions are game-changers, not just for getting my work done but for setting the tone for my entire day, right through to late morning. When I first started trying to establish a 'Quite study' routine before dawn, it was tough. But the peace and quiet you get at 4 AM are unmatched. There are no notifications, no distractions from roommates or family, just pure focus. This uninterrupted time allows me to dive deep into complex subjects or really nail down a tricky concept without feeling rushed. It's incredible how much you can achieve in just a couple of hours when your mind is fresh and the world is still asleep. The biggest benefit for me is how it transforms my 'late morning time'. Instead of feeling stressed and scrambling to start my day's tasks, I wake up knowing I've already put in a solid chunk of work. This means my late morning—usually from 9 AM to noon—becomes a period of consolidation and refinement. I can use this time to review what I studied earlier, work on group projects, attend lectures with a clearer head, or even schedule a short, refreshing break without guilt. It frees up my afternoons for more active tasks or some much-needed downtime. If you're thinking about trying an early morning study routine, here are a few things that have helped me. First, prioritize sleep! Going to bed early is non-negotiable. I aim for at least 7-8 hours. Second, prepare your study space and materials the night before. Having everything ready minimizes friction when you're half-asleep. Third, don't be afraid to start small. Maybe aim for 5 AM, then gradually shift to 4 AM. And finally, reward yourself! A nice breakfast or a short walk during your 'late morning time' can be a great motivator. Especially during finals season, controlling your schedule is key. My 'vlog at 4:00 am' shows a glimpse into how I try to take control of my day before it even begins. It's not about being a night owl or an early bird, but about finding those hours when you are most productive. For me, that's definitely before the sun comes up. It makes navigating this "crazy Dec" a lot more manageable, ensuring I make the most of every hour, including those crucial late morning hours.
