My personal lineup includes a mix of comforting classics and invigorating treats, each chosen for its unique benefits. For instance, a vanilla latte is my morning staple. The gentle caffeine kick combined with the comforting sweetness makes it an ideal way to ease into intense work. If I'm feeling creative, I might even try a homemade cold brew using a brand like Chamberlain Coffee for that extra smooth, less acidic jolt. Then there's the hot matcha latte, a game-changer for sustained energy without the jitters. Matcha contains L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes a state of calm alertness, perfect for deep work sessions. I've been experimenting with different variations, and a strawberry matcha creation, layering fresh strawberry puree with vibrant green matcha, has become a delicious and visually appealing favorite.
