"Buddha Pang opened the world as a Buddha-made pang after Samma Buddha ascended to the Buddha Mother and the angels in the heavens during Lent, and when he was due, he returned from heaven, during which the giant gods, Indra and the king of the world, followed him, and the Buddha performed three miracles that the angels, the earth, the man, the earth, and the underworld, could see each other with Buddhism. Even the beast or the blind could see the Buddha to recognize the results of good deeds, evil deeds, fear of sin, and faith in the Lord."

🙏 How to pray:
"Morning prayer as soon as you feel awake, or at 8: 30 p.m., you can sing the Great Emperor's spell, 1,3,9, or you can pray according to the strength of the day.
After the prayer is completed, pray for the merit first (picture 6) and then go 5 times. At the time, think of the people we want to spread the merit to, if there are many, > 5 times, or think of the groups we want to spread the merit to, such as the map of Thailand. "

"I can ask my grandfather directly, but I have to ask for something useful and pray that... เผื่อใครกำลังหา “บทสวดคาถามหาจักรพรรดิ” หรืออยากจัดลำดับการสวดให้เป็นกิจวัตร (โดยเฉพาะคืนวันพระ/ช่วงอยากตั้งหลักชีวิต) เราแชร์ทริคที่ทำแล้วรู้สึกสวดง่ายขึ้น และไม่หลุดโฟกัสค่ะ 1) จัดลำดับก่อนสวดให้จบในรอบเดียว สิ่งที่ช่วยมากคือทำเป็น “แพตเทิร์นเดิมทุกวัน” จะได้ไม่ต้องคิดเยอะ เช่น - ไหว้พระ/กราบพระ (ตั้งใจนอบน้อมให้ใจนิ่งก่อน) - ขอขมาพระรัตนตรัย (เหมาะมากเวลารู้สึกใจหนักๆ หรือทำอะไรพลาดมา) - สมาทานศีล 5 (ถ้าทำได้จะรู้สึกเหมือนตั้งขอบเขตให้ตัวเอง) - เข้าบทคาถามหาจักรพรรดิ (เลือกจำนวนจบตามกำลัง เช่น 1/3/9 หรือกำลังวัน) - อธิษฐาน + สัพเพฯ/แผ่ส่วนกุศล + แผ่เมตตา 2) ขอขมาพระรัตนตรัย: ทำไมถึงควรมีในรูทีน หลายคนค้นหา “คาถาขอขมาพระรัตนตรัย/ขอขมาพระรัตนตรัย” เพราะอยากเริ่มต้นใหม่แบบเบาใจ สำหรับเรา การขอขมาก่อนสวดทำให้จิตไม่ค้างเรื่องเก่าๆ ลดความรู้สึกผิด/กังวล แล้วค่อยภาวนาได้ลื่นขึ้น แนะนำให้ตั้งใจ 1 อย่างตอนขอขมา เช่น “ขอให้วาจาและการกระทำต่อจากนี้เป็นไปเพื่อประโยชน์” 3) สวดคาถามหาจักรพรรดิให้ไม่ฟุ้ง: ใช้ ‘จิตสบายๆ’ เป็นหลัก จากที่ลองเอง ถ้าวันไหนบังคับตัวเองให้เคร่งมากจะเหนื่อยและอยากเลิกกลางทาง เราใช้วิธีทำใจสบายๆ เหมือน “นั่งชาร์จพลัง” แล้วกำหนดลมหายใจเบาๆ ระหว่างสวด ถ้าหลุดคิดก็แค่ดึงกลับมาที่เสียงสวด ไม่ต้องดุตัวเอง 4) เทคนิคแผ่บุญ/สัพเพฯ ให้ “ครบ” โดยไม่ต้องนึกชื่อยาวเป็นหางว่าว หลายคนติดตรงแผ่บุญแล้วนึกคนไม่ครบ เราใช้วิธีแบ่งเป็นกลุ่ม เช่น - ครอบครัว/ญาติ - คนทำงาน/ลูกค้า/เพื่อนร่วมทาง - เจ้ากรรมนายเวร (ตั้งเจตนาอโหสิกรรม) - สรรพสัตว์/ผู้ล่วงลับ/ภพภูมิต่างๆ (บางตำราจะกล่าวถึงภูมิ/ชั้นต่างๆ ให้ตั้งใจว่าแผ่ถึงทั้งหมด) ถ้าคนเยอะมาก ให้ใช้ “ภาพรวม” เช่น นึกเป็นแผนที่ประเทศไทยหรือภาพวงกว้าง แล้วตั้งใจว่าให้ถึงทุกดวงจิตที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5) ถ้าอยากสวดวันพระ: ทำให้เบาขึ้นแต่ยังได้ใจความ คืนวันพระเราอาจเพิ่มเวลาให้ตั้งใจขึ้นนิดนึง แต่ถ้าวันไหนเหนื่อยมาก ให้ยึดแกนหลักคือ ขอขมา + คาถามหาจักรพรรดิ + แผ่เมตตา/แผ่ส่วนกุศล แค่นี้ก็ยังรู้สึกว่าได้ “รักษาวินัย” และต่อยอดได้วันถัดไป 6) ข้อควรระวังเล็กๆ (จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว) - อย่าอธิษฐานแบบเอาชนะคนอื่น ให้โฟกัสสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์และไม่เบียดเบียน - ถ้านั่งสวดแล้วง่วง ให้เปลี่ยนเป็นนั่งหลังตรง/ลุกไปล้างหน้า แล้วกลับมาสวดต่อ - สำคัญสุดคือความสม่ำเสมอ ต่อให้วันละ 10–20 นาที แต่ทำต่อเนื่องจะเห็นความนิ่งของใจชัดกว่าสวดหนักๆ แค่บางวัน ถ้าคุณมีบทที่สวดประจำอย่างชินบัญชร/ขันธปริตร/ธรรมจักร หรือคาถาอื่นๆ สามารถจัดเป็น “ชุดสวดส่วนตัว” ได้เหมือนกัน แต่อย่าจัดจนยาวเกินกำลังค่ะ เอาที่ทำได้จริงและทำต่อเนื่องจะดีที่สุด
