✨My WeeklyWorkout Routine 🏋🏼‍♀️

🤯Having a plan helps prevent overwhelm!

👙🌸I am wanting to full body tone and lose a little weight by Spring Break 2025.

🏋🏼‍♀️Last year I worked vigorously to build muscle, now I want to shred the extra fat! Also, I need to be BETTER during the holiday months. I get seasonal depression and exercise significantly helps me remain optimistic! 😇

📌Having a daily guide helps me in knowing where to send my focus. Last year I had a trainer, and I used the Ladder app which was AMAZING! And I’d my fave, but financially I had to cut subs and that was one- so I’m keeping the routine I had on Ladder but using different platforms.

🤑I’m currently using the FREE version of FitOn and other sources and here’s how: on FitOn, I join challenges- I use a warm up session before my workouts- then I browse sessions for my target area- then I do a cooldown session. On my yoga days, I use Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube- which I’ve been using since 2016 CONSISTENTLY!

For dumbbells, I only have a set of 5lb dumbbells and that’s a massive difference from weight lifting daily. It’s been a struggle to adjust to the lightweight, but FitOn has significantly helped in finding low weight/body weight intense workouts!

🤩🥳I feel so good!

✨PLUS: it helps with my Fibromyalgia pain management and kicks starts my digestive system that’s effected by gastroparesis! No more pain meds! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

As always, consult your physician first, but to tone and lose weight, this is a good easy plan to stick too!

Leave a comment with your workout routine!

Or if you don’t have one, are you interested in getting started? Why or why not?!

With Spring Break 2025 approaching, planning a workout regimen can help you feel your best. Incorporating a mix of strength training and heart-pumping cardio is essential. Don't forget to focus on flexibility and recovery; yoga can be a great addition. Many fitness apps, including FitOn and Yoga with Adrienne, provide valuable resources for anyone, from beginners to advanced users. This blend helps in not only accomplishing physical goals but also managing mental well-being, particularly for individuals dealing with seasonal depression. Staying active promotes endorphin production, which can uplift your mood. Additionally, ensure to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program to tailor it to your needs. Lastly, engaging with a community, like those found in beginner fitness journeys, can provide additional support and motivation to keep you going strong!
