Doja Cat Inspired Makeup 🤍
It’s funny how the looks you think will take a lot of time don’t and the ideas that start out simple take forever to create. Recreated this look inspired by Doja Cats Tokyo concert makeup, I thought it was going to be time consuming but it actually was pretty quick to do.
When I decided to recreate Doja Cat's makeup from her Tokyo concert, I was curious about how to achieve such a bold and flawless look without spending hours. To my surprise, the process was quite straightforward once I prepared the right products and tools. First, I focused on creating a smooth base with a lightweight foundation that still provided good coverage, which helped maintain a natural yet polished appearance. Doja Cat's look often emphasizes radiant skin, so adding a bit of highlighter to the high points of your face—like cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and the cupid's bow—really enhances the glow. The eye makeup is where the magic happens. I used a neutral eyeshadow palette with shades that subtly enhance the eyes without overpowering them. The key was blending shimmering tones on the lids and a soft winged eyeliner that added definition without sharpness. Pairing this with fluttery false lashes or a couple of coats of volumizing mascara made the eyes pop beautifully. For the lips, a soft nude or pink gloss aligned perfectly with Doja Cat's concert style, keeping the focus balanced between the eyes and lips. One important tip I learned is to keep your makeup tools clean and choose products that suit your skin type to avoid any irritation, especially when replicating looks that include long-hour wear like concert makeup. Overall, this experience taught me that with some practice and the right techniques, even complex celebrity-inspired makeup can be quick and fun to do. It’s a great way to express your creativity and channel your inner star without a professional kit.
