This week, go to the 5 k city siege run event.
Practice running before going to the event one hour a day, not catching the distance.
Focus on eating protein and vegetables as before
The weight has barely dropped from the previous week, but the belly is a lot lower and the muscles are stronger, not easily tired.
Keep going. Focus on muscle building warlocks and fat-reducing cadios.
