WORKOUT QUESTIONS🚨
I got questions that other people may have too, I have asked in the comments but PEOPLE IGNORE🤦♀️, or probably the post has been there for years … IDK
First question:
-What if I can workout at night what protein do I need to take ( cuz I’m not gonna eat at night 🙅♀️)
So I can shower right after and go to sleep?
Second question:
-how do I deal with the pain after the next day?
My body hurtssss man, it’s not easy
question 3:
HOW am I gonna be positive that I WILL be able to see results? ( I’m scared to workout and LOSE what I got already)
Fourth question:
-I eat what everyone in my family eats what’s some foods that we can make for everyone to eat
Or a easy meal for me to make for myself
5th question:
-drinks or food that got protein that are also in a budget ?
6th question:
-how do I have the energy to workout ?

Q5-I got this at dollar general and has two servings in the can with 22g of protein per serving. I added rice to it and some seasoning. Also cheap. Also protein powder any of them works.
