Do you have saggy eyelids?
Mother’s Day is coming ❤️
Mums spend so much time caring for everyone…but rarely take time for themselves.
One of the first places fatigue and ageing shows up?The eyes.
Saggy lids can make us look tired, sleepy, or older than we feel.
This Mother’s Day,give yourself a little self-care moment ✨
If you've been noticing that your left eyelid seems droopy, it can be unsettling and might raise concerns about possible health issues or ageing. From my experience, drooping eyelids, also known as ptosis, can be caused by a variety of factors ranging from natural ageing, fatigue, to even nerve or muscle issues in rare cases. Most commonly, fatigue plays a big role; when we don't rest enough, our eyes show the wear more prominently, with lids becoming heavy and saggy. Taking time to rest, hydrate, and care for your eyes with gentle massage or cooling compresses can make a noticeable difference. Sometimes, drooping eyelids may be uneven, and the left side might appear more affected due to habits like sleeping on one side more often, or simply natural asymmetry. However, if you notice sudden drooping or if it worsens, it's important to seek professional medical advice to rule out underlying conditions. Incorporating eye creams or serums that promote skin firmness around the eyes can also help improve the appearance over time. Remember, self-care isn't just about looks — it’s about feeling refreshed and confident in your own skin.
