SUQQUのコンシーラーって仕上がりがきれいな分、「色選び」で満足度がかなり変わるな…と感じています。私も最初は明るさだけで選んで失敗しかけたので、ここでは“色の方向性（黄み・赤み・ニュートラル）”と“隠したい悩み”の2軸で選ぶ方法をシェアします。 まず、色選びの前に決めるのは「どこに使うか」。クマに使うのか、赤み・ニキビ跡に使うのか、口角や小鼻のくすみに使うのかで、合う色が変わります。私は普段、素肌感のあるベースメイクが好きで厚塗りが苦手なので、コンシーラーも“必要なところだけ”派。そのほうが色選びもシンプルになります。 ■クマ（青・紫っぽい） 青クマは、明るいベージュで無理に飛ばそうとするとグレーっぽく見えがち。おすすめは「少しだけ血色を足せる色」か「肌よりワントーン暗め寄りのベージュ」。目の下は光が当たると明るく見えるので、明るさを上げすぎないほうが自然でした。店頭では、目の下にのせた後に“正面の鏡”だけじゃなく、少し離れて顔全体で確認すると失敗しにくいです。 ■茶クマ・色素沈着（くすみ） くすみはオレンジに寄せすぎると浮くことがあるので、黄み〜ニュートラルのベージュが使いやすい印象。私は小鼻横や口角のくすみにも同系統の色を使うと、顔の中で色が散らからずまとまりました。 ■赤み・ニキビ跡 赤みには「黄み寄りベージュ」が相性良いことが多いです。ここで大事なのが、明るさより“肌に溶ける色味”。明るい色で隠すと逆に赤みが透けて見えたり、そこだけ白く浮いたりします。点置きして、境目だけ薄くぼかすとカバー力が出やすいです。 ■ハイライト的に使いたい（立体感） 目の下・鼻筋に少し明るさを足したいなら、肌色より半トーン〜1トーン明るい色を。やりすぎるとコンシーラーが主張して「塗ってます感」が出るので、少量を薄くがコツ。仕上げにスポンジで軽く押さえると密着が上がって崩れにくかったです。 ■色選びのチェック方法（私がやってること） ・手の甲じゃなく、フェイスライン〜頬で試す（顔の赤みの影響を見る） ・室内光と自然光の両方で確認する ・塗った直後より、5〜10分置いてなじんだ色を見る（乾いて少しトーンが変わることがある） 最後に、薄づきベース（たとえば下地不要のスキンケア系ベース）と合わせるなら、コンシーラーだけ浮かないように“色の主張が強すぎない”ものを選ぶのがいちばん安全だと思います。迷ったら、①肌に溶けるベージュ（赤み消し・万能）＋②クマ用の補正色（必要なら）の2本持ちにすると、結果的に出番が多くて使いやすいです。
