「VTシートマスクって種類が多いけど、結局どれが自分に合うの？」と迷って、私もまずは“箱型で毎日使える系”から試しました。今回の2つ（PDRN+デイリーマスク／水色のクライオアイスマスク）は、どちらも薄手で取り出しやすく、気軽に続けやすいのが共通点。ここでは選び方と、私が使うときに意識しているポイントをまとめます。まず、水色マスク＝クライオアイスマスクは「とにかく暑い」「朝から皮脂っぽい」「お風呂上がりに火照る」日に頼りがち。ひんやり感はスースーしすぎて痛いタイプではなく、肌にのせると冷たさがスッと広がる感覚でした。私は朝のメイク前に使うことが多くて、ベタつきにくいので下地やファンデがヨレにくい印象。逆に、乾燥が気になる日はこのあと乳液やクリームでフタをすると安心です。一方、VTシートマスクの中でもPDRN+デイリーマスクは「さっぱりなのに水分が入る」感じで、季節を問わず使いやすいタイプ。乾燥で肌がパサつく時期は、いつものスキンケアに“1枚足す”だけで手軽にうるおいを底上げできました。朝晩どちらでもいけるけど、私は夜に使って、そのまま軽めのクリームで仕上げるのが好き。使い方のコツも少し。私は洗顔後すぐに貼って、時間は長く置きすぎない派です（乾いてきたら外す）。余った美容液は首・デコルテ・腕まで伸ばすと無駄がなくておすすめ。水色のクライオは冷感が気持ちいいので、夏は冷蔵庫で軽く冷やして使う日もあります（冷やしすぎは苦手なので“ほどほど”に）。選び方としては、・暑さやベタつき対策、朝のメイク前なら：水色のクライオアイスマスク・毎日コツコツ水分ケア、乾燥のゆらぎが気になるなら：PDRN+デイリーマスクが分かりやすい基準。どちらも「薄手で手軽」なので、まずは気になる方から試して、肌の調子や使う時間帯で使い分けるのがいちばん失敗しにくいと思いました。
