「ギシギシするって評判あるけど実際どう？」「マツキヨに売ってる？」って気になる人向けに、私がシャンプー選びで確認しているポイントも含めて補足します。 まず“ギシギシ問題”は、商品そのものの相性だけじゃなくて、洗い方や髪の状態で体感が変わりやすいです。私は細め・柔らかめの髪で、カラーもしているので、コンディションが落ちている時期に洗浄力が強いシャンプーを使うと一気にきしみを感じがち。逆に、泡立て不足で原液を髪にこすりつけると摩擦でギシギシしやすいので、 ・予洗いをしっかり（1分くらい） ・手のひらで泡立ててから地肌中心に洗う ・毛先は泡をなでる程度 を徹底しています。今回のディアボーテの「ブルームドール モイスチャーイン」は、泡が細かく立ちやすいタイプだったので、摩擦が減って“ギシギシしにくい”と感じやすい部類だと思いました。 それでも乾燥浮き毛や猫毛っぽいぱやつきが残る日はあります。そういう時は「シャントリだけで完結させよう」とせず、アウトバスを足すと仕上がりが安定しました。私はタオルドライ後に、毛先中心に軽めのヘアオイル or ミルクを少量、最後に表面を手ぐしで整えるだけでまとまりが変わります。髪の“体幹美容”みたいに内部のうるおいを意識するなら、ドライヤー前の保湿は相性がいいです。 次に「マツキヨに売ってる？」について。これは店舗や時期でかなり差があります。私の体感だと、定番ラインは置いてあることが多いけど、新シリーズや限定系は“棚にない”ことも普通にあります。確実に探すなら、 ・マツキヨココカラのオンラインで在庫確認→店舗受取 ・店頭ならヘアケア棚だけじゃなく、特設コーナー（新商品棚）もチェック ・見つからなければ店員さんにJAN/商品名で在庫確認 この順が早いです。 最後に、ギシギシしやすい人が買う前に見ておくと失敗しにくい条件をまとめると、 ・ブリーチ/ハイダメージで絡まりやすい ・乾燥でうねり、くせ、パサつきが出やすい ・泡立ちが悪いときしむタイプ この3つに当てはまるなら、泡立ちの良さ＋トリートメントのなじませ方（揉み込み＆置き時間）＋アウトバス併用でかなり印象が変わるはず。私も「ギシギシしないか」だけで判断せず、指通りとまとまりが出るかを基準に使い分けています。
