「ラメ入りシャンプー」「シャンプーがキラキラする」って聞くと可愛い反面、“髪の毛がキラキラ＝傷みや汚れ？”と不安になる人も多いと思います。私も最初は同じで、MEDULLAみたいなラメ入りシャンプーを使う前にいくつか気をつけたことがあります。 まず前提として、ラメ入りシャンプーの“キラキラ”は製品側のラメ（パール剤）が光って見えているだけのことが多いです。手に出した時にキラキラしていても、洗い流した後は髪や頭皮に残り続ける感じは基本あまりなく、ボディソープ同様「流せば大丈夫だった」という体感になりやすいです。逆に、製品を使っていないのに髪がキラキラ見える場合は、髪表面のダメージで光が乱反射してツヤが“粒っぽく”見えたり、整髪料の残り・皮脂・ほこりが付着して反射している可能性もあります。 私が「髪の毛のキラキラを治す（落ち着かせる）」目的で市販アイテムを使うなら、まずはリセット系のケアを1回挟みます。具体的には、週1回のクレンジングシャンプー（皮膜・スタイリング剤落とし）か、いつものシャンプーを“しっかり予洗い＋2度洗い”に変えるだけでも体感が変わりました。そのうえで、毛先はヘアマスクで集中保湿。今回の4種だと、しっとり寄りのアメジスト／サファイアを毛先中心に使うとまとまりが出やすく、見た目のパサつき反射が落ち着きやすい印象です。 あと地味に大事なのが「すすぎ」。ラメシャンプーに限らず、とろみのあるテクスチャは頭皮や生え際に残りやすいので、耳後ろ〜襟足をいつもより長めに流すのがおすすめ。私は“ぬるつきが消えてから＋30秒”を目安にしています。仕上げにアウトバストリートメントを少量、表面だけじゃなく内側にもなじませるとツヤが均一になって、キラキラの見え方が整いました。 それと、検索で見かけがちな「ステマ？」の不安についても。私自身は、提供・プロモーション表記がある投稿は“PRとして参考にする”スタンスで、良い点だけでなく「ボトルがポンプじゃなくて出しにくい」みたいな不便さが書かれているかをチェックします。購入前は、香りの系統（カシス・ピーチ・ジャスミン系など）や、どの仕上がりが欲しいか（軽めのツヤ／温感スカルプ／カラーケア／うるおい重視）で選ぶと失敗しにくいです。 ラメ入りはホリデー気分が上がる一方で、肌が敏感な日は様子見したり、まずは短時間で試すのが安心。上手に使うと“可愛いのに実用的”なご褒美ケアになります。
